The Bryant's Road development comprises four units situated in the busy Dandenong South suburb. This development comes with a significant challenge. Our task was to create a design that would effectively persuade the council to approve four double-storey units. To accomplish this, we focused on creating spacious interiors, expansive terraces, and a strong emphasis on seamless integration with the surrounding landscape. This strategic approach played a pivotal role in securing the council's approval.

Although featuring a contemporary design, the units are considerate of the surrounding neighbourhood in terms of size and materials. The proposed development incorporates modern but subtle materials and finishes that result in a well-defined structure that positively enhances the streetscape. The dark brick and fine colour combination on the facade create a pleasing contrast with the beautifully landscaped garden and a smooth transition with neighbouring houses.

The units are designed to make the most of the available space in a dynamic and efficient way. Despite the limited space, they offer a spacious and comfortable living experience. Each of the four units is thoughtfully designed and meticulously planned to ensure compliance with the council's regulations and maintain a respectful relationship with the surrounding neighbourhood. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure that the final product meets all requirements and reflects the values of the community. This modern design provides a beautiful home for the residents while ensuring a good return on investment for the client.
