Services

At Dome Design, we provide our clients with a complete range of architectural design services. Acknowledging that all projects and Clients are different, we are offering tailored services with customised scopes and deliverables to suit client needs. We can run your project from start to completion or only be involved in part of the process.  We are flexible with regard to how much or little you use our services. This might include simple preparation of a concept, a full commission or somewhere in between. When required, we work with our own network of trusted consultants, to ensure that every project is treated with professionalism

Some of the Services we provide as part of a full service include:

  • Pre Purchasing Inspections – Visit a property and advice on likely development options.
  • Feasibility Studies – Often it’s difficult to establish whether a project is worth doing.  We can help you with the initial process of determining the feasibility of a property development and explore the various options that might exist, to help you determine what can be built and the best way to maximise its potential.
  • Conceptual Design – Provide concept, initial design for new housing, extensions, renovations or refurbishment of existing.
  • Town Planning Permit Applications – The planning permit process can be taught with long delays and obstructions if not handled properly. Dome Design will help you to negotiate the often complicated process of dealing with local authorities in regard to either the development of your property, change of use or various overlays that may exist.
  • Building Permit Documentation – providing documentation necessary for obtaining a Building Permit
  • Construction Administration – architect acts as an independent advisor throughout this stage of the works, liaising between the client, builder and other related building professionals to keep the project on track.
  • Full or partial Interior Design Services – colour, materials & finishes selection, kitchen and bathroom design, custom joinery & furniture design.
  • 3D visualisation – 3D models and presentations are most informative for those Clients not experienced in reading 2 dimensional drawings. Detailing can vary from a 3D concept to assist in visualising the building and its surrounds right through to heavily detailed artists Impressions.
